In response to important changes in the industry and relevant national regulations, from December 16 to December 19, 2014, the China Building Materials Federation Training Center, China Building Materials Federation Training Center Xi’an Training Base and National Building Sanitary Ceramics Quality Supervision The Inspection Center jointly organized the “National Vocational Qualification Certification Training Course for Quality Inspectors of Faucets and Sanitary Ceramics” in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province.

This training was lectured by professors from the expert group of the National Building and Sanitary Ceramics Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. It mainly focuses on the development history of faucets and sanitary ceramics, the current quality status, relevant systems, laws, regulations and standards, and the development of faucets and sanitary ceramics companies. The key points, difficulties and existing problems of quality management, faucet and sanitary ceramics testing technology are explained systematically. In order to ensure that each student learns more knowledge, the teachers also adopted interactive communication and questioning teaching methods.

This training class is mainly for senior technical personnel engaged in the quality management and performance inspection of ceramic sheet sealing faucets and sanitary ceramics, such as technical backbones of domestic ceramic sheet sealing faucets and sanitary ceramics production enterprises, scientific research units, local testing institutions, and laboratories. There are more than 40 companies participating in the training, with more than 80 people, mainly manufacturers of sanitary ceramics and faucets. Such as Toto Guangzhou, Toto Shanghai, Toto China, Foshan Kohler, Kohler China, Jiumu Kitchen and Bathroom, Foshan Fine Sanitary Ware, Foshan Dongpeng, Kaiping Gold Medal and so on. There are also third-party national quality inspection centers and testing and certification agencies such as Nan’an Product Quality Technical Service Center, Rheinland Technology (Shanghai), and China Quality Certification Center South China Laboratory also participated in this training.

After the training is completed, the National Construction Materials Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Station will appoint 2 assessors to organize the theoretical knowledge test and skill operation assessment. Those who pass the assessment will be issued the “National Vocational Qualification Certificate” issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. This certificate has the versatility of working in ceramic sheet sealed faucets and sanitary ceramics related jobs nationwide. It is a qualification certificate indicating the technical and skill level of the ceramic sheet sealed faucets and sanitary ceramics production and quality inspection personnel.
