Huida Sanitary Ware Co., ሊሚትድ. invested 130 million yuan of monetary funds in Beiliu City New Shengda New Material Co. After the completion of this transaction, Huida will directly hold 70.61% of the equity of the new Shengda, becoming its controlling shareholder.
