Kohler has reached an agreement with Germany’s Egeria Group to acquire its high-end sauna brand KLAFS. The two parties signed the agreement on December 1. The specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed and are expected to be announced in the near future.
Germany’s KLAFS sauna products cover all areas of sauna, including traditional saunas, wet steams, solariums and various multi-functional SPA equipment. Its customers include world-renowned high-end hotels, spa clubs, celebrities and wealthy families, srl.
