Egypt’s Sanitary Ware Exports To France Jumped 137% In The First Four Months
In the first four months of 2022, Egypt’s exports of architectural and sanitary ceramics were $110 εκατομμύριο, down 6.8% year-on-year, according to the Egyptian Building Materials Import and Export Association. This compares with $118 million in the same period in 2021.

Architectural Ceramics Down 13 Percent
Exports of architectural ceramics fell 13 percent to $57 εκατομμύριο, compared with $66 million in 2021.
The top five destination countries accounted for 72 percent of the total, amounting to $41.069 εκατομμύριο.
Libya ranked first. Its exports fell to $18.94 εκατομμύριο, down 6 percent year-over-year, and accounted for 33.2 percent of total exports. Exports to Jordan fell 28 percent to $8.037 εκατομμύριο, while exports to Yemen also fell 26 percent to $5.366 εκατομμύριο. Exports to Saudi Arabia were $4.654 εκατομμύριο.
