According to <2020 China Plumbing and Sanitary Industry Foreign Trade Development Report> released by China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals and Chemicals Import and Export, China is the first major exporter of porcelain fixed sanitary equipment, Germany is the world’s second largest exporter of porcelain fixed sanitary equipment.
Porcelain fixed sanitary equipment refers to the sanitation and cleaning of the toilet with porcelain appliances, including porcelain sinks, izitya, basin seats, bathtubs, bidets, flush toilets, iitanki, urinals and similar fixed sanitary equipment.
China accounts for about 85% of the global export market share of porcelain sanitary equipment
China’s ceramic fixed sanitary equipment exports are mainly porcelain fixed sanitary equipment. 2020 China’s ceramic fixed sanitary equipment exports were $8.76 ibhiliyoni. Among them, the ceramic fixed sanitary equipment exported 0.4 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 0.5%. Porcelain fixed sanitary equipment exports of $ 8.71 ibhiliyoni, accounting for 99.5%, nearly 100%.
In 2020, China exported 1.67 million tons of porcelain sanitary equipment, a decrease of 3.1%. The amount was $8.71 ibhiliyoni, ukwanda kwe 12.4%. Its average unit price was US$5.2/kg, ukwanda kwe 15.9%. China’s exports of porcelain fixed sanitary equipment fell sharply in February 2020 due to the epidemic, with exports at 38,000 iitoni. It reached its highest point in November 2020.
The export of German porcelain fixed sanitary equipment is less than one-twentieth of China
Germany is the second largest exporter of porcelain fixed sanitary equipment, exports are much lower than China. Its exports are less than one-twentieth of China’s. In 2020, Germany exported 70,000 tons of porcelain fixed sanitary equipment, ukwanda kwe 6.2 percent. The value was $390 izigidi, ukwanda kwe 8.1 percent. Its average unit price was 5.9 USD/kg, ukwanda kwe 1.8%.
The main markets for German porcelain sanitary equipment exports in 2020 are the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, with significant growth in exports to Switzerland and France.
German porcelain sanitary equipment exports to the Netherlands 10,306 iitoni, a decline of 8.0%. The amount of $59.26 izigidi, phantsi 6.0%, accounting for 15.2%. Its average unit price was $5.8/kg, ukwanda kwe 2.2%. It exported 3,163 tons to Switzerland, ukwanda kwe 10.9%. The value was $48.02 izigidi, phezulu 26.7%, with a share of 12.3%. Its average unit price was $15.2/kg, phezulu 14.3%. It exported 5,072 tons to Austria, a decrease of 13.7%. The amount was $32.97 izigidi, phezulu 0.8%, with an 8.4% share. Its average unit price was US$6.5/kg, phezulu 16.7%. It exported 7,643 tons to France, ukwanda kwe 111.8%. The amount was US$32.08 million, phezulu 100.7%, with a share of 8.2%. Its average unit price was US$4.2/kg, a decrease of 5.2%. It exported 4,638 tons to the UK, phezulu 6.7%. The value was $27.02 izigidi, phantsi 3.1%, with a 6.9% share. Its average unit price was US$5.8/kg, phantsi 9.2%. It exported 4,252 tons to Belgium, a decrease of 1.1%. The value was $23.89 izigidi, phezulu 0.02%, with a share of 6.1%. Its average unit price was US$ 5.6/kg, ukwanda kwe 1.2%.
Portugal exported 60,000 tons of porcelain fixed sanitary equipment in 2020, a decrease of 19.3%. The amount was $110 izigidi, a decrease of 12.8%. Its average unit price was US$ 1.9/kg, ukwanda kwe 8.0%. India exported 150,000 tons of porcelain fixed sanitary equipment, a decrease of 12.6%. The value was $110 izigidi, phantsi 7.0 percent. Its average unit price of $ 0.7 / kg, ukwanda kwe 6.4%. The Czech Republic exported 30,000 tons of porcelain fixed sanitary equipment, a decrease of 12.3%. The amount was $ 0.9 ibhiliyoni, phantsi 10.8%. Its average unit price was 3.2 USD/kg, ukwanda kwe 1.8%.
